A sustainable journey of weight loss is requires critical mental preparatory work, as well as commitment to your diet and exercise. There’s no way to get around this, because weight loss must first be settled in the mind before it can be manifested physically.

The commitments I had to make include:

1. Spiritual Commitment
2. Diet Commitment
3. Physical Commitment
